Clinical Leader (RN) | Home Health
Loyal Home Health (via Versed) is seeking a Clinical Leader to help support the next phase of our organization's growth. This role sits at the intersection of clinical operations, clinician support, quality outcomes, and leadership development. You'll partner closely with field clinicians, therapists, schedulers, and senior leadership to ensure patients receive exceptional care while helping the organization continue scaling successfully. From clinician coaching and workflow oversight to operational problem-solving and process improvement, this is a highly visible role with meaningful impact across the business.
What makes this opportunity unique is that we're not hiring to fill a vacancy - we're hiring ahead of a major need. Over the past several years, Loyal Home Health has grown rapidly while simultaneously improving quality outcomes and patient satisfaction. As we continue to expand, we're intentionally investing in leadership and infrastructure before we need it. Whether you're already leading a team or are an emerging leader ready for a larger platform, this role offers the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership, influence how the organization evolves, and position yourself for future leadership growth within a fast-growing, independently operated home health company.
