Rise Data Labs is seeking advanced Biology and Life Sciences experts to support the training and evaluation of state-of-the-art AI systems.

We're looking for subject-matter experts who can apply deep scientific knowledge to challenging AI evaluation problems, assess AI-generated reasoning, and identify technically meaningful errors or limitations within their field.

What You'll Do

• Apply your subject-matter expertise to advanced AI training and evaluation work

• Develop or evaluate challenging problems within your area of expertise

• Assess AI-generated reasoning for scientific accuracy and identify subtle errors or failure modes

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree required; PhD strongly preferred in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Cell Biology, Microbiology, Biomedical Sciences, or a closely related life-sciences field

• Advanced academic, research, laboratory, or industry expertise within your specialization

• Strong scientific and analytical reasoning and ability to evaluate complex technical work

• Prior AI training, evaluation, benchmarking, or LLM experience is a plus
