About Rael

Founded in Los Angeles in 2017 by three Korean American women, Rael is a fast-growing women’s wellness brand bringing together period care, intimate care, and skincare in a way few brands do. Inspired by K-beauty innovation and grounded in hormone-informed science, Rael creates effective, thoughtfully designed products that support women throughout their cycles and lives.

What began with organic cotton cover pads has grown into a globally recognized brand. Today, Rael is the #1 pad brand and #2 pimple patch brand on Amazon. Rael products are available through Amazon and in more than 20,000 retail locations across the United States, including Target, Whole Foods Market, Walmart, CVS Pharmacy, Ulta Beauty, and Walgreens, as well as more than 40,000 retail locations globally.

Rael has been named to the Inc. 5000 list and recognized by Glossy, Allure, Cosmopolitan, and Good Housekeeping, while its CEO has been honored by EY for her entrepreneurship and leadership. If you are passionate about building a mission-driven brand and helping shape the future of women’s wellness, we would love for you to join us.

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Sales Coordinator to help bring Rael products to more shelves and support the retail partnerships that make it happen. You’ll work with our Sales team across national retailers such as Target, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Ulta, and grocery accounts, helping keep product launches, retailer requests, and everyday account needs on track.

This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how a growing consumer brand builds and supports its retail business—from setting up new products and preparing sales presentations to tracking performance and coordinating retail promotions. You’ll work closely with teams across Rael, see how your work contributes to our retail growth, and have the opportunity to take on select account relationships as you develop in the role.

What You’ll Do

  • Support our retail accounts: Help the Sales team manage day-to-day account needs, respond to retailer requests, and track deliverables, deadlines, and follow-ups.
  • Help get products onto shelves: Coordinate new item setup, maintain accurate product information, and gather the materials needed for retailer submissions and product launches.
  • Prepare sales materials: Build and update retailer presentations, product information sheets, and other materials for account meetings, business reviews, and new opportunities.
  • Track sales performance: Maintain reports and highlight trends or changes to support forecasting, account planning, and sales decisions.
  • Coordinate retail promotions: Partner with Marketing and Creative to organize assets and align marketing support with key retailer promotions, launches, and seasonal moments.
  • Cross-Functional Partners: Work with Supply Chain, Marketing, Creative, and Operations to communicate account needs, track open items, and help resolve issues.
  • Keep account details organized: Maintain and organize account records, coordinate product samples and mailings, and keep shared documents accurate and up to date.
  • Grow your account experience: Build toward managing corporate account relationships, with guidance from the Sales team.
  • Ad-hoc Projects: Support additional sales projects and team priorities as needed.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, retail operations, or a related role
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, sorting, and filtering.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups while keeping information organized and accurate.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets to maintain submission paperwork and trackers to identify discrepancies, and summarize key takeaways.
  • Proficiency Ability to prepare clear, organized presentations in PowerPoint and collaborate using Google Workspace.
  • Comfortable learning new systems, following detailed processes, and adapting as priorities change.

Interpersonal Skills

  • You take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work and catching the small things that make a big difference.
  • You are comfortable communicating clearly and effectively with team members at all levels, whether through email, reports, or face-to-face conversations.
  • You are skilled at staying organized, meeting deadlines, taking ownership of your work, and operating independently with minimal oversight.
  • You are always ready to pitch in, support your teammates, and contribute wherever needed to help the team succeed.

Additional Preferred Experience

  • Experience with consumer packaged goods (CPG), beauty, personal care, or wellness brands.
  • Familiarity with retailer portals, new item setup, or product launch coordination.
  • Experience in partnering with key stakeholders to align on marketing needs to amplify retail tentpole moments.

Why Join Us

  • Learn the retail business firsthand: Gain experience supporting national retailers such as Target, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, and Ulta, and learn what it takes to grow those partnerships.
  • See your work come to life: Help bring product launches and retail promotions to shelves, making Rael products more accessible to consumers.
  • Build skills for your growth: Develop experience in account coordination, sales reporting, and retailer communication, with opportunities to take on select account relationships as you grow.
  • Contribute across the business: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Creative, Supply Chain, and Operations to turn plans into execution.
  • Support a mission you can connect with: Help grow a women’s wellness brand creating thoughtfully designed period care, intimate care, and skincare products.
