Who are we?

Rael is an award-winning, VC-backed clean feminine care and skincare startup with a mission to empower women to make safe, healthy choices for their bodies. Unlike conventional products, Rael products are toxin-free, chlorine-free, fragrance-free, and hypoallergenic—without ever compromising on quality, comfort, or performance.

Founded in 2017 in Southern California by three Korean American women with distinct backgrounds—a journalist and bestselling author, a former Disney movie distributor with a Harvard MBA, and an architect-turned-art director—Rael began with organic cotton cover pads and quickly became the #1 pad brand on Amazon. Today, we’ve expanded into clean feminine care, feminine wellness supplements, and skincare inspired by K-beauty innovation, including pimple patches, facial sheet masks, and everyday skincare essentials. We’re also proud to be the #2 pimple patch brand on Amazon.

Rael products are sold at Amazon, GetRael.com, Target, Ulta Beauty, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Sprouts, and more. Our brand has been recognized across the industry, earning honors such as Wellness Brand of the Year (Glossy), Best Use of TikTok (Glossy), and multiple best-in-class beauty awards from Allure, Cosmopolitan, and Good Housekeeping, among others. Our CEO has also been recognized as an Entrepreneur of the Year by EY, reflecting Rael’s strong leadership and continued growth.

Rael was named to the Inc. 5000 list in both 2023 and 2024, celebrating the fastest-growing private companies in America, and has grown into a globally recognized brand with a branch office in Seoul, Korea. We’re also proud to be the most-followed and fastest-growing feminine care brand on TikTok, and a top women’s wellness brand trusted and loved by thousands of beauty and wellness influencers.

If you’re passionate about making a meaningful impact, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to help shape the future of women’s health and wellness, we’d love for you to join us.

This is a hybrid role located in Culver City and requires in-office time of 2 days per week (subject to change based on management discretion). This will be a 4-7 month project hire with the potential for extension and/or conversion to staff hire.

Job Summary

We are looking for an innovative, creative, and highly resourceful Temporary Product Marketing Manager with consumer goods experience to join our Product team. This role will support the Senior Product Marketing Manager while the Senior Director of Product is on maternity leave, helping maintain momentum across innovation, renovation, product marketing, and other key business priorities.

You will step into an active portfolio and support a range of initiatives, from new product innovation and renovations to seasonal programs, sampling, and other strategic projects. You will contribute across consumer and competitive insights, concept development, positioning, product briefs, go-to-market planning, and launch execution.

Working closely with Product Development, Creative, Sales, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams, you will help drive alignment, manage timelines and deliverables, and keep priority projects moving forward.

The ideal candidate is a versatile, independent, hands-on product marketer who can quickly get up to speed, manage multiple work streams, and flex between strategic thinking and execution. You are highly organized, consumer-obsessed, comfortable leveraging AI and emerging tools to work smarter and increase productivity, and deeply in tune with the beauty, personal care, and women’s wellness landscape.

Most importantly, we hope you share our enthusiasm for our products and the mission that drives us. If you are passionate about what we do and eager to contribute to our cause, we would love to hear from you!
