Team & Role Overview 💫

• Team: Marketing | Reporting Line: CMO
• LEWKIN and Baerry are rapidly growing fashion & beauty commerce brands built on a strong international presence, targeting global Gen-Z.
• We collaborate with creators and influencers across various social platforms to produce content that resonates with Gen-Z audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Discover global influencers and manage PR seeding operations
• Communicate and manage partnerships with global creators
• Create content guidelines based on brand USPs
• Research global fashion, beauty, and social media trends
• Track influencer marketing performance and compile analytical reports
• Provide general operational support for global marketing initiatives

Qualifications 🔥

[ Minimum Requirements ]

• Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
• Active user of social media platforms, including TikTok and Instagram
• Passionate about K-Fashion, K-Beauty, and global style trends
• Ability to communicate smoothly with creators across different countries and cultures
• High level of ownership, fast execution, and a proactive mindset
• Open to receiving feedback with a strong drive for continuous personal growth

[ Preferred Qualifications ]

• Solid understanding of global markets and social media trends
• Prior experience in influencer marketing or social media channel management
• Experience in creating content for TikTok or Instagram
• Experience utilizing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) in day-to-day workflows

• Constantly tuned into social media trends with a clear sense of what goes viral globally
• Highly organized and deadline-driven, with the ability to manage multiple creator projects seamlessly
• Meticulous in tracking campaign data to derive meaningful insights from influencer content
• A respectful, clear, and proactive team player who collaborates effectively across teams and external partners

Working Conditions 🏠

• Employment Type: Internship (1-month probation, with potential for contract extension)
• Compensation: According to company policy
• Location: 30 Teheran-ro 27-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul (5-minute walk from Yeoksam Station)
• Work Schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week (Mon–Fri) / Flexible hours (Staggered start times between 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM)
