RoleWe’re seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our growing team. You’ll handle client consultations, draft and review trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and related documents, and help shape efficient, tech-driven workflows. We're open to full-time, part-time, or contract roles for candidates that fit our ethos. What You’ll Do- Draft and review estate planning documents (trusts, wills, POAs, directives)- Advise clients and translate their goals into clear, effective plans- Collaborate with our client services and operations teams to improve processes What We’re Looking For- 5+ years of estate planning experience in California- Someone who wants to practice in a start-up environment- Active CA Bar membership with no disciplinary history You can apply by sending a resume to info@elmtree.law
